Biographical Information

Charlie Alsop pitched in the minor leagues from 1952 to 1956. He was 10-7, 12-8 and 15-9 in his first three seasons, respectively. After a down year in 1955, he rebounded to go 14-7 with a 2.64 ERA in 1956, his final campaign. Overall, he was 57-41 with a 3.70 ERA.

He was drafted by the Tulsa Oilers in the 1953 Rule V Draft.
