Biographical Information[edit]

Pitcher Henry Santos played in the Detroit Tigers and Milwaukee Brewers minor league systems from 1992 to 1996.

He reached Triple-A for the first time in 1995, going 0-1 with a 6.75 ERA in a single game with the Toledo Mud Hens. On January 23, 1996, he was traded to the Milwaukee Brewers for outfielder Duane Singleton. After posting a 6.10 ERA for the El Paso Diablos that year, he was let go.

Overall, he was 22-32 with a 4.98 ERA in 124 games (63 starts) over five seasons. He had a 1.80 ERA in 10 innings for the Mercuries Tigers in the 1997 CPBL.

He died at only 30 years old.
