Biographical Information

Hon-Man Ashley Ma has played for the Hong Kong national team.

He started at second base for Hong Kong in the 2017 Asian Championship, going 4 for 12 and scoring twice while handling 16 chances error-free. He hit .222/.222/.222 with 2 runs in 3 games in the 2018 East Asian Baseball Cup, with no errors in six chances. In the 2018 Asian Games, he got into all five games but didn't start any, backing up SS Hoi-Ting Cheng and 2B Kin-Chung Tsang primarily. He went 2 for 4 with two runs while handling two putouts; his hits came off Gunawan Pandu Khallista and Deok-ju Ham.
