Biographical Information[edit]
Joe Cobb had a cup of coffee with the 1918 Detroit Tigers, playing alongside a greater Cobb, a man named Ty Cobb. Afterwards, he played in the minors for teams such as the Jersey City Skeeters and the Baltimore Orioles, where he was a good hitter and an All-Star. Later, he managed in the minors at Harrisburg.
