Biographical Information

Third baseman John Morse played in the minor leagues from 1951 to 1954 and in 1956. Perhaps his best season was 1953, when he hit .320 with 10 triples and a career-high 118 hits for the Fargo-Moorhead Twins. Overall, he batted .275 with 433 hits in 448 games.
