Biographical Information[edit]

Kiattisak Chutongrat has played for the Thai national team.

He was their youngest pitcher in the 2022 Asian Games. The teenager debuted against Laos. He relieved Suppakorn Lin with a 4-1 lead in the 7th, the bases loaded and two outs. He escaped the jam by striking out Payia Wa. Sakai Phraechai succeeded him. He finished with a 3.38 ERA in four outings; he allowed 9 runs but only 2 were earned. He was 8th in the event in runs allowed and tied for second in appearances, behind Yayua Wa. [1]

Chutongrat then was with Thailand for the 2023 Asian Championship. He lost to Vladimir Eguia and the Philippines, finishing the event with a 6.14 ERA. He tied Ahmad Gouleh for 8th in runs allowed (7) and tied Eguia and Ka-Ho Sam Leung for 5th in walks (6). [2]
