Biographical Information[edit]
Pitcher Lem Cross was more often called George Cross or Lew Cross during his playing career; the name "Lem" was never used by contemporaries and may well be a misprint of "Lew". Lem pitched twelve times for the Cincinnati Reds, finishing his career 3-6 with a 7.66 ERA.
