Biographical Information[edit]
Len Perme pitched for Fargo-Moorhead in 1938-1940 and Superior in 1941. During World War II, he was in the Navy. He was with Williamsport in 1947 and 1948. In 1949 he pitched for Toledo. He was with Drummondville in 1951.
His ERA in 1942 was best on the 1942 Chicago White Sox staff, beating out 41-year-old Ted Lyons, who had the second-lowest ERA.
