Biographical Information[edit]
Catcher Luca Tresh was taken by the Kansas City Royals in the 17th round of the 2021 amateur draft; his signing bonus was $423,000. He hit .226/.293/.359 with 1 home run and 8 RBI in 16 games between the ACL Royals Blue and Columbia Fireflies in 2021, then .125/.125/.167 in 24 at-bats for the Surprise Saguaros of the Arizona Fall League following the season. He began 2022 with the High-A Quad Cities River Bandits.
His cousin is Tom Tresh. He is also related to Mike Tresh and Mickey Tresh.
