Biographical Information[edit]
Percival "Pop" Rising played years in the Connecticut State League and the New England League, coming to the majors for 11 games in 1905.
Rising was born, and died, in Pennsylvania. He was sometimes referred to in the press as Percy, but more often as "Pop".
