Biographical Information

Ricardo Penalba pitched for the DSL Athletics 1 in 2007, going 0-3 with 6 saves and a 4.91 ERA. He split 2008 between the DSL A's 1 (3 R in 6 IP) and the AZL Athletics (1-0, Sv, 3.86). He was a late addition to Panama's provisional roster for the 2009 World Baseball Classic.
