Biographical Information

Tim Jones pitched 10 innings in the major leagues without giving up a run. He allowed only 4 hits and 3 walks. After doing so well with the Pittsburgh Pirates in 1977, he was traded at the end of spring training in 1978 to the Montreal Expos, but he never appeared in the majors with them.

With the Columbus Clippers in 1977, he had gone 15-6.
