Biographical Information[edit]

Tzu-Ting Yeh played in the CPBL and for the Chinese Taipei national baseball team.

Yeh was drafted by the Fubon Guardians in the fourth round of the 2020 CPBL Draft. He debuted on April 10, and he hit a walk-off single off Chih-Hsuan Wang of the Rakuten Monkeys in the 10th inning. He was the first player in CPBL history to collect a walk-off hit in his debut. Yeh spent his rookie year mainly in the CPBL minor league, and hit .282/.331/.331 there; he only played 12 games with the big club. He hit .215/.243/.262 in 2022 and improved to .331/.359/.411 in 2023 despite his being plunked by Yu-Cheng Kuo and missing a month. Yeh then represented Taiwan in the 2023 Asia Professional Baseball Championship after the season. His only appearance was against Australia in the Bronze Medal game. He was the starting second baseman, and he went 1-for-2 with an infield hit (against Samuel Holland) in the 3rd inning. Taiwan beat Australia to win Bronze.
