Biographical Information[edit]
William Domero hit .344 to tie for third in the 1999 Venezuelan Summer League. He played for the 2000 GCL Tigers (.299/.374/.461) and West Michigan Whitecaps (.333/.389/.515 in 8 games). Despite his success, it was his only appearance in the US minors.
Domero came to Spain in 2003 with CB Sant Boi. He moved to FC Barcelona in 2004 and batted .242/.324/.273. In 2006, his batting line for Barcelona was .311/.411/.434. He hit .306/.386/.411 in 2007. For Barcelona in 2008, he hit .222/.290/.222 in limited action.
Returning to CB Sant Boi in 2009, Domero only hit .229/.327/.371. He was still put on Spain's preliminary roster for the 2009 Baseball World Cup.
